A 100% Virtual Festival for Indonesia’s Civil Servants
Held from December 20 to 31, 2021, the ASN Culture Fest spanned 11 days of interactive activities, performances, and showcases highlighting the values and achievements of Indonesia’s civil servants (Aparatur Sipil Negara).

Chameleon was entrusted to build the digital infrastructure that made this event possible — ensuring a smooth, engaging, and accessible experience for participants across the country.

Designing a Platform for Connection and Celebration
Our goal was to design and develop a platform that captured the spirit of unity and innovation that the festival represented.
Key features included:

• Interactive event schedule and content hub for easy navigation.
• Livestream integration for ceremonies and performances.
• Responsive interface optimized for nationwide participation.

Custom branding that reflected the identity and mission of the Ministry of PANRB.
Through seamless design and solid technical execution, the event successfully reached thousands of participants — proving that even in a virtual setting, culture and collaboration can thrive.
